Our Conveyancing Fees

Our standard fee for most residential conveyancing is $1,800 plus GST and disbursements. This fee includes:

• Contract review (purchasers) or contract preparation (vendors)
• Standard conveyancing tasks from exchange of contracts to settlement

Disbursements are additional costs paid to third parties, including NSW Land Registry fees.  We will provide you a full estimate of disbursements once we know more about your purchase or sale.
